How to Enter

The entire submission process for the Awards of Excellence & Innovation is online. Please fill out the entry form and upload files directly to the online submission form.

You do not need to fill out the entire form at one time. When starting a submission for the first time, you will create a user profile, which will prompt you to create a password. This will allow you to re-enter the system and continue to fill out the nomination form before officially submitting it to us for judging. As you are filling out the form, please hit the save button on the bottom of the page. When your submission form is complete and you are ready to officially submit your nomination, please click "Save and Finalize" on the last page. The system will notify you if there are any mandatory fields that were left blank.

If you are nominating someone other than yourself, you must submit a Nominee Acknowledgement form below. The plan executive nominee must sign this form and agree to attend the P&I West Coast Defined Contribution Conference to accept the award and participate in the panel should they win a 2024 Excellence & Innovation award. You will be required to upload this signed form when completing the online entry form.

Who qualifies to win an Excellence & Innovation Award?

Only defined contribution plan sponsors and their teams are eligible to win an Award of Excellence & Innovation. Service providers are not eligible. Anyone nominated who is not a plan sponsor will be disqualified.

We are looking to recognize new work, so initiatives must have been implemented no earlier than Jan. 1, 2023.

Entry Fee

There is no fee to enter the Excellence & Innovation Awards.
